The first FC Vöcklabruck ( officially first football club RFE Vöcklabruck ) was a football club based in the Upper Austrian capital district Vöcklabruck. He played in 2008/ 09 in the First League, where he finished in 12th place. Then he set the play mode. History
Predecessor associations (1926-1999)
Closely connected with the establishment of the 1st FC Vöcklabruck is the story of the two predecessor clubs, which already decades ago amateur football offered with moderate success. Thus, the SV Vöcklabruck ( club colors black and white ) was founded in 1926 with its own football section, which was found in the lower leagues. 1953 and 1957 reached the summit in the Upper Austrian Provincial League (then third highest game level). Successful Years (1999-2007)
The newly founded with the club colors Green Yellow 1 FC Vöcklabruck was incorporated into the district league (6th division), as both teams before the merger played in this league. In the first year the club in the summer of 2000 under coach Helmut Nussbaumer succeeded the superior winning the championship. With 21 points ahead of the promotion to the second division.
