10 Years (band)

10 Years is an American rock band from Knoxville, Tennessee. The music style of the band can be attributed to the alternative metal and has influences from alternative rock and hard rock.

History

10 Years was founded in 2000 by singer Mike Underdown, drummer Brian Vodinh, bassist Lewis Cosby, and guitarists Ryan " Tater " Johnson and Matt Wantland. 2001 left bassist Lewis " Big Lew " Cosby the band and was replaced by Andy Park. That same year they recorded their album Into the Half Moon before they set the vocalist Jesse Hasek from another local band. In 2002, Parks decided to leave the band and Lewis " Big Lew " Cosby returned. After their occupation was complete, she published in 2004 her album Killing All That Holds You. The songs Wasteland and Through the Iris were played on the radio. In 2005, she signed with Republic / Universal and released their major label debut, The Autumn Effect on August 16, 2005. Among the album's release The Autumn Effect 2005 created two videos of the title Wasteland. The first is a normal music video in the somber style, the other was born in cooperation with Amnesty International, and is intended to indicate the negative circumstances in Africa and the world.
