10Broad36

10Broad36 is an Ethernet standard for 10 Mbit / s Ethernet over a standard compliant 75 ohm TV coax cable. The range is 3600 meters without amplification. Unlike conventional Ethernet variants in which the signal is modulated in the base band, a method 10Broad36 used without carrier wave.

The system was not very successful, as the cost of the hardware were very high.
