1111 Lincoln Road

1111 Lincoln Road is the name and address of a 2010 built park home in Miami Beach. "1111 Lincoln Road " offers 300 parking spaces and shops on the ground floor, a penthouse on the roof as well as bars, restaurants and event spaces. The parking garage is a completely open concrete structure with no facade, whose ceiling height of six to nine meters beyond the normal ceiling heights of parking far. For pedestrians an open staircase is installed in the middle of the building. The Swiss architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron designed the building. The construction costs amounted to 65 million U.S. dollars. 2011 was the seventh floor of the building, among others, as the venue for the Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival.
