113th United States Congress
The 113th Congress of the United States is the legislative branch of the United States, consisting of the House of Representatives and the Senate. The term of the 113th Congress lasts from 3 January 2013 to 3 January 2015.
Members of the House of Representatives and 33 Senators (33 Senators in Class I) were elected to Congress in elections of 6 November 2012.

According to the Constitution clothed the Vice President of the United States at the same time the office of President of the Senate, regardless of which party has a majority in the Senate. The President pro tempore is elected at the first meeting of the Senate in January 2013. The majority and minority leaders will be elected by their respective groups.
