1969–70 Austrian Hockey League season

Master of the Austrian Hockey League 1969/70 was the 13th time in club history and for the seventh time in a row the EC KAC.

Mode

The eight teams each played against each other twice. After that, the teams were divided into two groups of four (final and relegation round ), within which they each played twice against each other. All points from the regular season were taken into the finals and relegation round.
