1995–96 Icelandic Hockey League season

The 1995/96 season was the fifth season of the Icelandic Hockey League, the highest Icelandic Hockey League. Champion for a fifth time in club history Skautafélag Akureyrar.

Mode

In the main round of the three teams completed four games. The top two teams qualified for the championship final. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
