1999–2000 Israeli Hockey League season
The 1999/2000 season was the seventh season of the Israeli Hockey League, the highest Israeli Hockey League. Champion for the first time in club history in general of the HC Ma'alot.
The center Sergei Belo by Master HC Ma'alot was voted most valuable player.
Mode
In the main round each of the five teams played a total of 16 games. The top four teams qualified for the playoffs, where the Master was played. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
