1999–2000 Slovak Superliga

The Mars super liga 2000/ 01 was the 13th season of the highest Slovakian league for football the men sixth after 1993. Champion and cup winner was FK Inter Bratislava. Due to the reorganization of the League, there were seven relegated. The promoted from the second league for season 2000/ 01 of the Super League was ŠK Matador Púchov.
