2003–04 Egyptian Premier League

The Egyptian Premier League 2003 /04 was the 47th season of the Egyptian Premier League, the highest Egyptian championship in football since their introduction in 1948/49.

The climbers from the Egyptian Second Division 2002/ 03 were Olympic FC and El Qanah Koroum. No longer represented in Egypt's top tier are Al Mokawloon Al Arab and Goldy Fayoom. Titleholder is al Zamalek SC.

Mode

The Championship was held out of the 14 teams in the league system, each team played twice against every other team.

Participating teams

Overall, since 1948/49, took part in 64 different teams in the championship, but it was only al Ahly Cairo and al Zamalek SC to participate in all championships.
