2003–04 Romanian Hockey League season
The 2003/04 season was the 74th season of the Romanian Hockey League, the highest Romanian Hockey League. Master became the total eighth time in the club's history of Miercurea Ciuc SC.
Mode
In the main round each of the five teams played a total of 24 games. The top two teams qualified for the championship final. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
