2003 Military World Games
The III. Summer Military World Games (official 3rd CISM Military World Games ) found from 4 to 11 December 2003 in Catania, Italy. The games were played after the model of the Olympic Games through the World Military Sports Association ( Conseil International du Sport Militaire ). The games took place in 1995 to Rome for the second time in Italy.
Participant
A total of 2800 athletes from 87 nations took part in competitions in 13 sports.
Sports
Were wearing competitions in athletics, basketball, fencing, football, boxing, judo, sailing, swimming, water jumping, cycling, volleyball, and Modern Pentathlon. In addition, competitions were held in the rescue swim.
