2004 Elite Women's Hockey League
The 2004 season was the premiere season of the Elite Women's Hockey League, a woman Hockey League. In its first year, took between 18 September and 19 December 2004, a total of eight teams from Austria, Italy, Hungary and Slovenia in part. The champion of the league was the Austrian record holder EHV Sabres Wien.
Mode
The eight participants played in a double round in the league system of the courts, so that each team fought out 14 games. The team with the most points at the end won the title. For a victory - after extra time - was a team two points. However, the losing team received after the regular season no points for a defeat after extra one point.
