2004 West Asian Football Federation Championship

The Football West Asia Championship 2004 was the third edition of the competition. The tournament was held between June 17, 2004 and June 25, 2004 in Iran.

All matches were held in Azadi Stadium.

The Iranian national team was able to use the home advantage and was a 4-1 victory in the finals over the Syria for the second time after 2000 West Asian Football Champion.

Participant

The six participating teams were divided into two groups of three teams. In the group stage the teams in the league system each played once against each other. The group winners and the runner-up reached the semi-finals. The winners of the semi-finals wore for the final. The third place is not played.
