Men's doubles of the U.S. Open 2005.
Defending champion Mark Knowles and Daniel Nestor were. The final of denied Jonas Bjorkman and Max Mirnyi against Bob and Mike Bryan, which won the Bryans in two sets. This was their first triumph at the U.S. Open and her second Grand Slam title overall. After losing in this year at the Australian Open, at the French Open and Wimbledon respectively in the final, the Bryans prevented by the U.S. Open victory the "anti- slam " as Bob Bryan called it.
