2008 Vuelta a España, Stage 1 to Stage 11
The first stage of the Vuelta a España 2008 on August 30 was a 7.7 km long team time trial in Granada.
At 18:45 clock the Continental team Andalucía - Cajasur opened the 63rd Vuelta a España. The then -starting team Tinkoff Credit Systems provided on a first reference time, which could not undercut the next three teams Milram, Silence-Lotto and Rabobank.
