2009–10 CEV Champions League

The 2009/10 season of Volleyball Champions League began on 2 December 2009 with the group stage. 24 teams from 15 nations took part in the competition.

Mode

In the group stage, there were six groups of four teams. Each team took home and away against each of the three counterparties. The top two teams in each group qualified for the playoffs. There they found in two rounds each with Home and Away match three participants for the Final Four. The host of the Final Four was directly qualified as the fourth participant in the group stage. The four best third of the first round played in CEV Cup on.

The games took place on 9-10. and 17-18. February and 2nd - 4th and 9th - 11th March 2010 instead.

Final Four

Because of the plane crash at Smolensk, the tournament was first canceled. It finally took place in Łódź on 1 and 2 May 2010.
