It was a tournament of the International Category of the WTA Tour in 2010. It coincided with the 2010 Bell Challenge in Quebec City, Canada from 11 to 19 September 2010.
Defending champion in the individual was the pairing Wolha Hawarzowa / Tatjana Putschek Shahar Peer and doubles.
In individual Jarmila Groth defeated Alla Kudrjawzewa 6:1, 6:4, and in the twin Edina Gallovits / Sania Mirza against Xinyun Han / Wanting Liu 7-5, 6-3.
