2010 SAP Open

The SAP Open 2010 was a tennis tournament, which was held in San José from 6 to 14 February 2010. It was part of the ATP World Tour in 2010 and was held in the indoor hard courts. In the same week the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament and played in Costa do Sauipe, the Brasil Open in Rotterdam. The latter included just like the SAP Open to Category ATP World Tour 250, while the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament belonged to Category ATP World Tour 500.

In the singles final to Fernando Verdasco won against the three-time winner of the tournament Andy Roddick. In doubles, Mardy Fish and Sam Querrey were successful against Benjamin Becker and Leonardo Mayer, who had thrown in the quarterfinals the tournament favorites and at position one set pairing Bob and Mike Bryan of the tournament.

The field of individual petition consisted of 32 players, double that of the petition of 16 pairs.
