The Mountain Bike Marathon World Championships 2010 took place from August 6 to 8 in St. Wendel in Germany.

The race of men was decided at the end of the sprint. Thus the first six drivers were within 10 seconds of the finish. The winner Alban Lakata from Austria was in the prior year second behind the Belgian Roel Paulissen. Paulissen was the beginning of the year at the Belga Cup a positive doping test from and resigned immediately.
