2011–12 CEV Champions League

The 2011/12 season of Volleyball Champions League began on 18 October 2011 with the group stage. 24 teams from 16 nations took part in the competition. German participants were champions VfB Friedrichshafen and Generali Haching, who had received a wild card; Austrian participants was the Hypo Tirol Volleyball Team Innsbruck.

Mode

In the group stage, there were six groups of four teams. Each team took home and away against each of the three counterparties. For a 3-0 or 3-1 win, there were three, for a 3-2 win and two for a 2:3 defeat a point. The top two teams in each group, as well as the best rates on points and third team, qualified for the playoffs. There they found in two rounds each with Home and Away match three participants for the Final Four. The host of the Final Four was directly qualified as the fourth participant in the group stage. The four best third of the first round played in CEV Cup on.

The games are on 1 and 8 February and on February 22 and 29, 2012 (one day each ±) instead.

Final Four

In the Final Four on March 17 and 18 in Łódź played Skra Belchatow, which was determined after the completion of the group matches of the CEV as host, against the three qualified in the playoffs teams.
