2011 Open de Nice Côte d'Azur

The Open de Nice Côte d' Azur 2011, a tennis tournament, which took place in Nice from 15 to 21 May 2011. It was part of the ATP World Tour 2011 and had to Category ATP World Tour 250 In the same week was played in the Dusseldorf World Team Cup.

Defender of the individual was Richard Gasquet, who, however, did not participate this year. The individual competition was won by Spaniard Nicolás Almagro, who was able to win in the final against Victor Hanescu. This was Almagro's first title in Nice, his third tournament win of the season and his tenth career title overall. In double Marcelo Melo and Bruno Soares came to defend their title, but they parted this time from the semi-finals. The doubles competition decided Eric Butorac and Jean -Julien Rojer for themselves, in the final they defeated Santiago González and David Marrero. For Butorac / Rojer this was the second tournament win of the season and the fourth of its common title.

The field of individual petition consisted of 28 players, double that of the petition of 16 pairs. The four top-seeded player in singles each got a bye into the second round.
