2014 Little League World Series
The Little League World Series 2014 is the 68th staging of the Little League Baseball World Series, an international baseball tournament for boys 11 to 12 years. It was played like every year in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania. In 2014, the Little League organization celebrates its 75th anniversary.
Participant
The 16 teams formed a group of eight teams from the United States and a group of eight international teams. The two groups played each a double - elimination round, the winners of the groups played the final against each other for the world title.

The teams had lost their first two games, the so-called crossover games played against the teams in the other round.

The consolation game ( engl: Consolation game) was played between the losers of the U.S. Championship and the loser of the International Championship.
