24 stundir (24 hours, until October 2007 Blaðið - The sheet ) was an Icelandic daily newspaper, which was sent free of charge to households in the Greater Reykjavík and also rested in gas stations and stores around the country for free for the taking. The first edition appeared on 6 May 2005, and since then, the newspaper appeared regularly on weekdays 5 days a week.

The editor of the newspaper was the company Ár above Dagur, which since December 2005 50 % owned by Árvakur, the simultaneous editor of the newspaper Morgunblaðið, is located.
