3 Colours Red was an alternative rock band from Great Britain.

Band History

The band was founded in 1996 in London by vocalist and bassist Pete Vukovic, guitarists Chris McCormack and Ben Harding and drummer Keith Baxter. She published the much acclaimed in the underground single "This Is My Hollywood". This success earned the band a record deal with a Creation Records. Between January and May 1997, two more singles were released until the debut album " Pure " was released. This was followed by the end of 1998 the EP " paralysis " and in 1999 the second album " Revolt ". In summer 1999, the band broke up and gave a farewell concert at the Reading and Leeds Festivals.

2002 Reformed Vukovic singer, guitarist and drummer McCormack Baxter the band. Founding member Ben Harding was no longer available, a second guitarist was Paul Grant. It appeared the single " Repeat to Fade". The band was taken from Mighty Atom Records. Stylistically, she turned to the punk rock to and in the summer of 2004, the third studio album "The Union of Souls". The commercial success was missing, and the band broke up in 2005 finally on. Sanctuary Records in 2005 published a double album with previously unreleased songs from the successful Phase 1996 to 1999. Also in 2005, appeared a live album and a live DVD with footage from the year 2004.
