Description

The construction of the building will begin after the current plans in 2014 after the first plans were already published in 2007. This has already been approved by the authorities and is expected to open in 2017. The exact height and construction were announced in January 2014. The height is 315 meters, making it one of the ten tallest buildings in New York. Thus, the tower would be only 4 feet lower than the Chrysler Building. Overall, the building will include 66 floors where offices, a hotel and apartments are housed. FX Fowle Architects is the architect.
