(39 ) Laetitia is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on February 8, 1856 by Jean Chacornac.

Laetitia has an average diameter of about 150 km and is one of the larger asteroids of the main belt. Their geometric albedo is around 0.29, so it has a relatively bright surface.
