( 4468 ) is a main-belt asteroid Pogrebetskij, which was discovered on 24 September Nikolai Stepanovich Chernykh in 1976 by the Crimean Observatory.

The asteroid was named after the Ukrainian mountaineers Mikhail Timofeevich Pogrebetskij ( 1892-1956 ).
