(5214) Oozora

( 5214 ) Oozora is an asteroid of the main belt, which by Japanese astronomers Atsushi Takahashi and Kazuo Watanabe at Kitami Observatory (IAU code 400) was discovered on 13 November 1990.

Namesake of the asteroid is the Ōzora (おおぞら) (Eng. Next sky), an express train, which connects the cities of Hakodate and Kushiro on Hokkaido. The train covers the 580 km long route back in less than eight hours.
