610 Lexington Avenue

610 Lexington Avenue is a skyscraper in New York City, whose construction began in early 2008 and was discontinued a few months later. End of February 2014, the construction was resumed.

Description

The project was first presented in 2005. 610 Lexington Avenue is located, as the name suggests, on Lexington Avenue and is in close proximity to the famous Seagram Building ( 157 meters ) and the Citigroup Center (279 meters), which are located in the Midtown East neighborhood. The height of the tower will be 217 meters. The exact arrangement of floors is currently unknown. The building was designed by the world renowned architect Norman Foster. Various renderings show a very elegant design. Development is the building complex of RFR Realty and Hines.
