7 Dwarves - Men alone in the woods is a comedy directed by and starring Otto Waalkes, who very freely inspired by the fairy tale Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs by the Brothers Grimm. The sponsored among others by the NRW Film Foundation film was nearly 7 million viewers, the second most successful film in 2004 in the German cinemas. In addition, he is considered the fourth most successful German film ever since the introduction of number of audience acquisition.

Action

Deep in the dark Unterwaldt live the dwarves hum Boss, Sunny, Cloudy, Tschakko, Cookie, Bubi and Speedy. They opted for a life without annoying creatures called women, because they have fallen on the nose in dealing with them all. One day, the lives of the dwarves is cluttered, as Little Red Riding Hood trust in their forest, which is already observed by Bubi and can be only at the last moment of Tschakko, which is in a bear costume, scares. When the dwarfs arrive in the house, they discover that someone has now invaded. As hum boss wants calm the panic of his boys, appears twisted Snow White and the homeowners all over his head quickly. You decide that Snow White can stay with them and for them to share their home. The Queen learns now of her mirror that Snow White is far from dead.

When the dwarfs come home, they realize that Snow White was kidnapped. Hum Boss know that the Queen is behind it. Then decide the dwarves to free Snow White. Just before they enter the castle, revealed to them Brumboss the true events of THOSE Night: In THOSE night expected Brumboss, who was the rightful king, with his wife, his first child: Snow White. However, the current Queen and her henchmen split ends were the then acting doctors who Brumboss about brought the sad news that both wife and child did not survive the birth ( the latter was a lie ). Brumboss thereupon brought down from his position as king and abdicated. So learn the dwarves Brumboss ' true story. They are now trying to release all, Snow White from the prison of the castle, which they succeed and so they thereby escapes the Ondulierung by THE CHAIR. Brumboss also gained control of his kingdom again, as people recognize him again as their ancient and rightful king. As thanks for the help Brumboss now promises his daughter Snow White one of his six dwarfs and can thereby fall a spring, and, upon whose head it lands, which may marry Snow White. But Snow White reveals that she has already found her true love in the court jester, to whom she was imprisoned.

So the Dwarves disappear and return to their forest, this time together with Ralfie which is finally added as a seventh dwarf. You vow to each other again, never again to engage women - until a few moments later, Little Red Riding Hood meets her hut.

• October 26, 2006: 7 Dwarves - The Forest Is Not Enough ( This was only Markus Majowski replaced because of an impediment for a theater commitment by Gustav Peter Wöhler )
