( 762 ) Pulcova is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on September 3, 1913 by Grigory Nikolaevich Neujmin.

The asteroid was named after the Pulkovo Observatory near St. Petersburg, Russia.

In 2000, a team of astronomers at the Canada -France - Hawaii Telescope, Mauna Kea, Hawaii discovered a small moon ( 762 ) Pulcova orbits at a distance of about 800 miles and has a diameter of 20 km. The moon takes 4.0 d for one orbit around the asteroid.
