The Autoroute A13, also called Autoroute de Normandie is a French highway with a total length of 225 km. It connects Paris via Rouen and Caen.

Historically, it was the first French motorway, it should be opened in 1940, but the outbreak of the Second World War delayed the opening of the first section between Orgeval and Saint-Cloud to 9 June 1946.

The section from Paris to Mantes- la -Jolie is toll-free, beyond the use of the A 13 is chargeable. It is managed by the Société des autoroutes Paris -Normandie ( SAPN ).
