Aahotepre

Aa - hetep -Re, also Aa - hotep -Re, A- hetep - Re or A- hotep -Re, is the throne name of an ancient Egyptian King (Pharaoh) of the Second Intermediate Period. He is known only from a few scarabs. Its exact position is controversial.

Kim Ryholt assigns it to the proper name Aamu and dated it to the 14th Dynasty. From Beckerath sees him as a king of the 16th dynasty. Daphna Ben -Tor assign its scarabs stylistically to those of Aamu, Jaqebmu and Jamu. This ruler should therefore have ruled the same period.
