Aaron Abraham Kabak

Avraham Aharon Kabak ( born December 2, 1880 in Smorgon, † November 20, 1944 in Jerusalem ) was an hebräischsprachiger writers of classical modernism.

Life and work

Born in 1880 in Lithuania of the empire in 1911, he emigrated to the land of Israel. He studied some time at German universities. In his literary work, he focused mainly on historical themes. Thus appeared 1913-1927 a trilogy about the Portuguese Converso Diego Pirez, later known as Shlomo Molcho, who became a preacher of the messianic David Reuveni.
