Aaron Shure

Aaron Shure (* in Colorado) is an American television writer, producer and Emmy Award winner.

Life and work

Shure attended Colorado College in Colorado Springs, he graduated in 1988. He gained experience with various jobs in show business, including serving Karaoke Host, street performers, stand-up comedian, radio commentator and circus clown. In the Late Show with David Letterman he was in the show under " Stupid Human Tricks" a mouse trap snap shut on his tongue. His first theater experience in improvisational theater at the SAK Comedy Lab in Orlando.

Shure was an Executive Producer and author of Everybody Loves Raymond for which he won an Emmy Award. He was a consulting producer and writer for the sitcom Lucky Louie and The New Adventures of Old Christine. He is currently co- executive producer and writer for The Office on NBC, for which he was twice awarded the Writers Guild of America Award.
