Abdul-Vahed Niyazov

Abdul- wached Walidowitsch Niyazov (Russian Абдул - Вахед Валидович Ниязов, scientific transliteration: Abdul- Vached Validovič Niyazov; born April 23, 1969 in Omsk ) is chairman of the social wing of the Council of the Mufti in Russia ( RMR) and President of the Islamic Cultural Centre Russia ( IKZR ).

Life

Niyazov is of Tatar origin and graduated from the Faculty of State Administration and Management at the Russian State University for the Humanities.
