Abha Dawesar

Abha Dawesar ( born January 1, 1974 in New Delhi ) is an Indian author.

After her schooling Dawesar studied at Harvard University. She lives in New York City.

Since 2000, she writes in English. So Dawesar 2000 published her first novel Mini Planner, published by Penguin Books under the title The Three of Us. Published in 2005 Dawesar her second book entitled Babyji. For this they received the 2006 Stonewall Book Award and the Lambda Literary Award. In 2006 she published her third novel, entitled That Summer in Paris.
