Abla

Abla (formerly Abula ) is a city in the province of Almería in Spain and is located at around 1000 meters altitude.

History

The city was a bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church: The Diocese Abula was the archbishopric of Toledo, is a suffragan. The titular Abula goes back to the defunct bishopric.
