Acoustic is the title of a compilation album with some unreleased songs by John Lennon.

Genesis

This was published in November 2004 by the EMI Group album contains thirteen demos and three live recordings. For every title is the acoustic guitar played by John Lennon, the musical foreground. The following seven titles were published for the first time in the included version: Well Well Well, God, My Mummy 's Dead, Cold Turkey, What You Got, Dear Yoko and Real Love. The other nine titles published in November 1998 in CD box set John Lennon Anthology. The CD comes with a 20 page booklet.

Publication

In the U.S., the album reached number 31 on the charts in the UK and Germany could not place itself. A publication in the LP format was not made. The CD has been not new remastered.
