Acquiescence

Acquiescence, and concealment, is a term of international law. This refers to the tacit and unquestioning acceptance of international law relevant opinions or actions. Behavioral states, although a reaction would passively necessary and expected, they can show up later no longer a contradiction in law. Through their concealment binding customary international law has been created.
