Acta Crystallographica

Acta Crystallographica ( Acta Cryst. ) Is a family of scholarly peer -reviewed journals on crystallography. They are published by the International Union of Crystallography ( IUCr ). For the first time a magazine was published in 1948, entitled Acta Crystallographica.

Acta Crystallographica E is - no longer recorded since March 2012, from the Science Citation Index Expanded - unlike the other magazines.

Reception

The Impact Factor of Acta Crystallographica Section A has increased since 2009, a single product was well above average often quoted from 2.051 in 2008 to 49.926 in 2009. Since this product is no longer on the current impact factor contributing this again dropped sharply ( to 2.08 in 2011 ).

2012 Impact Factor of the journal was 2,244. In statistics, the Science Citation Index, the Journal so that was in 7th of 23 journals in the category crystallography.
