Ada Hegerberg

Ada Martine Stolsmo Hegerberg (born 10 July 1995 Sunndalsøra, Norway) is a Norwegian football player. The striker played for the Norwegian national team and since 2013 for the 1st FFC Turbine Potsdam in the Bundesliga.

Career

2011 played Hegerberg the Norwegian club Kolbotn IL in the Toppserien. She was 16 years, the most successful striker of their club. At the start of the 2012 season, she moved with her sister to Andrine Stabæk FK. With Stabæk she won the vice-championship and the cup. In the cup final against Røa IL Hegerberg scored three goals in a 4-0 victory. On 14 December 2012, she signed a contract with the first FFC Turbine Potsdam, where she signed along with sister Andrine one and a half year contract. In the UEFA Women's Champions League 2013/14 she came into the games against the French champions Olympique Lyon are used and reached the quarter-finals Potsdam.

Hegerberg went through all the junior national team of Norway. In the U-19 European Championship Women 2011 she reached with her team the final, which they lost 1:8 against Germany. In 2012 she was part of the Norwegian squad for the U-20 Women's World Cup in Japan. Her debut in the senior team they were on November 19, 2011 against Northern Ireland. On March 13, 2013, it achieved during the Algarve Cup 2013 match against Sweden their first goal for the senior team.

With the Norwegian national team, she participated in the European Football Championship Women 2013 in Sweden and reached the finals with her, which they lost 0-1.
