Addrisi Brothers

The Addrisi Brothers were an American rock band from Winthrop (Massachusetts ), consisting of Don ( born December 14, 1938 † 13 November 1984) and Dick ( born July 4, 1941).

Career

The brothers were first in a acrobatic group in their family with the name The Flying Addrisis. Your singing career began when she appeared with Lenny Bruce in contact and then moved to California. Once a piece of music was rejected at a presentation for the Mickey Mouse Club, they moved to Del -Fi Records, later to Imperial Records and Warner Bros. Records, and recorded several singles, but posed no great success, and therefore devoted themselves to writing songs. In the early 1970s she had a hit with We've Got to Get it on Again. In 1977 they succeeded to the title Slow Dancin ' Do not Turn Me On to land a top twenty hit in the U.S. singles charts.

Her biggest hit as a songwriter was Never My Love for the band The Association. They also wrote the theme music for the American television series Nanny and the Professor.
