Adenine (programming language)

Adenine, named after the nucleobase adenine, is a scripting language, which is developed as part of Haystack and Oxygen project at MIT Computer Science And Artificial Intelligence Laboratory ( CSAIL ) in collaboration with NTT.

A key feature of adenines is that this language has native support for RDF. The language constructs of adenines are based on Python and LISP. The language itself is mapped to RDF and thus on the one hand is represented by various RDF -based syntaxes such as N3 and written, and on the other hand such as RDF are expanded.

Adenine is a domain -specific language ( DSL) of focusing on RDF. The data type system corresponds to the RDF and XML schema, but can be extended in principle. As a scripting language Adenine is platform independent.
