The eagle diplomat is a car model, the automotive company Eagle in 1934 as the successor to the standard models and 6 standard 8 brought out. They decided on the name change, because the term "standard " is already back then recalled a simple, backward automobile, which of course was not considered to be very promotional. In contrast to its predecessor, the diplomat had a low frame ( lowbed frame).
In 1935, the long and short version of the car have been revised; the shapes of the grille and fenders now resembled the smaller models Primus and Trumpf. Until 1938 3205 copies were made of both versions.
