Strahlhorn, the right of the dark tip of the eagle horn

The Eagle Horn is a mountain in the Pennine Alps, on the territory of the municipality of Zermatt, and belongs to Allalingruppe. His peak height of 3'988 m. On the northern flank of the Eagle Glacier, begins at the south side of the Findel Glacier. The eagle horn is often viewed as an extension of the horn beam, but is a separate peak. Seen from the west, it is hard to distinguish from the beam flange. It lies on the route of ascent from Zermatt via the Berghaus Flue to the beam flange.
