Adolph Braeckeveldt

Adolphe Braeckeveldt, Adolf Braeckeveldt, ( born October 6, 1912 in Sint- Denijs- Westrem; † August 4, 1985 in Lovendegem ) also was a Belgian racing cyclist.

As a junior was Adolph Braeckeveldt 1934 third in the Belgian road championship. From 1935 to 1944 he was a professional. The greatest successes of his career were a victory at the Flèche Wallonne 1937, three wins - 1936, 1938 and 1939 -. During the Grand Prix de Wallonie as well as his victory in the Tour of Belgium 1937 Also in 1937, he was fourth in the Tour of Flanders and 1938 Third overall in the tour de Luxembourg.
