Adrian Gheorghiu

Adrian Gheorghiu ( born November 30, 1981 in Moineşti ) is a Romanian football player. He stands in January 2013 in Piatra Neamţ Ceahlăul in Liga 1 under contract.

Career

The career of Gheorghiu began at Petrolul Moineşti. In the summer of 2004 he moved to FCM Bacau in the Divizia A. There he became a regular player. After relegation in 2006 he left the club to league rivals FC Vaslui. With his new team, he could be placed in the following years in the upper middle. When the club was oriented in higher regions of the table, he was rarely used. In 2010 he reached the Cup final, where he lost to CFR Cluj. In January 2013 he moved to league rivals Piatra Neamţ Ceahlăul after he had come in the first round in 2012/13 to only one use.
