Adventure is a municipality at the mouth of Essequibos in the province Pomeroon - Supenaam in the northern part of Guyana.

The municipality is situated on lake level one mile south of Onderneeming. At the river mouth, there are docks for ferries to Essequibo, Wakenaam and parika. From parika district you can reach by road on the west coast to Georgetown.
